Typical Day with Gymnastics Practice
7:00 am – Drag myself out of bed and head straight for the coffee pot
7:30 am – Get ready for gymnastics practice
8:30 am – 12:30 pm Practice
1:00 pm – Eat some avocado toast (My favorite!)
1:30 pm – 3:30 pm School
3:30 pm – SNACK!
3:45 pm – 4:30 pm Weight training practice
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm Come home and work on some more school
5:30 pm – Eat dinner
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Finish up revisions
7:00 pm – Do a little reading
8:00 pm – Watch TV with my family
9:00 pm – Scroll through social media, read a book, watch some TV, free write, etc.
10:30 pm- Hit the hay
Typical Day with Gymnastics Meet
5:00 am – Wake up
5:30 am – Pack up the car
6:00 am – Sleep in the car
8:00 am – 12:00 pm Turn on hotspot and work on school in the car
12:00 pm – Stop somewhere for lunch
1:00 pm – Take a nap
2:00 pm – Read a book, scroll through social media, listen to music, etc.
3:00 pm – Arrive at hotel
4:00 pm – Get ready for competition
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Compete
9:00 pm – Awards
9:30 pm – Eat dinner
10:00 pm – Go back to the hotel to get ready for bed
10:30 pm – Check emails
11:00 pm – SLEEP!
