An Accredited Online High School Designed Around Your Artistic Passion

For students pursuing excellence in the performing arts, a traditional school schedule does not always fit their lives.

Whether they are rehearsing for a performance, recording music, preparing for auditions, attending intensive training programs, or traveling for opportunities, many young performers need an education that can adapt to their demanding schedules.

Whitmore School provides a flexible, accredited online high school experience designed for students who are dedicated to their craft and need the freedom to balance academics with their artistic goals.

Pursue Your Passion. Complete Your Education.

Our students have successfully balanced their high school education with commitments in:

Music and recording
Dance and pre-professional training
Acting and musical theater
Visual Artists
Vocal performance and opera
Performing arts programs
Touring and professional opportunities

At Whitmore School, we believe students should not have to choose between their education and their dreams. From rehearsals and performances to auditions and travel, Whitmore provides the flexibility students need to stay on track academically while pursuing excellence outside the classroom.

A School That Understands the Performer’s Lifestyle

Performers often have schedules that look different from those of traditional students. A student’s day may include:

Ally Craig
Ally C. – Dancer

A dancer’s schedule:
Hours of studio training, rehearsals, performances, and competitions — followed by completing coursework on the self-paced flexible schedule you build.

A musician’s schedule:
Practice sessions, recording opportunities, music festivals, rehearsals, and performances while excelling in your academics.

An actor’s schedule:
Auditions, callbacks, rehearsals, filming, and performances while maintaining a strong focused academic foundation.

An artist’s schedule:
Hours of studio time: painting, drawing, sculpting, wheel-throwing ceramics, cutting glass for stained-glass windows. Schoolwork fits around your studio time.
