Graduation

 Congratulations! You Made It!

You have worked hard to complete your Personal Graduation Plan at Whitmore School! Here are the next steps to make it official.

  1. You will send your Graduation Application (at least three months prior to your Graduation month). You will find the application in the Steps To Whitmore School Graduation link on your Student Desk.
  2. You will check your Personal Graduation Plan to make sure all of your course credits have been completed.
  3. You will make sure all CRFs are submitted for all courses.
  4. You will write to the Transcript and Document Coordinator after all graduation requirements are completed to request to have your official transcript mailed to up to 3 colleges*, your work or to your home address. *Additional costs are incurred for transcripts sent to more than 3 colleges.
  5. You will complete the Graduation Feedback Form. The link is found on your Student Desk in the Steps to Whitmore School Graduation.
  6. The in-person graduation ceremony requires the student meet certain criteria and is by invitation only. If you meet the criteria, a Graduation Ceremony Invitation will be sent to you. Please RSVP to your invitation to attend our graduation in Morgantown, WV. We will send you all the information you need to purchase your cap and gown.

We would love to see you there!

If you are not able to attend the Graduation Ceremony, your Graduation Packet will be mailed to you upon completion of your graduation requirements. These packets contain your Diploma, 1 Official Transcript for you to give to colleges, work, etc., plus 1 Unofficial Transcript for your records.

You may request to have up to 3 official transcripts emailed directly to colleges and universities to which you are applying. Requesting additional Official Transcripts will incur a fee of $10 for each transcript.

Requests to have transcripts sent outside of the USA may have additional fees for an Apostille and shipping of the documents.
